Editorial Policy: StoryVanta publishes original digital fiction designed for immersive, chapter-by-chapter reading. This policy explains the standards we use when preparing and maintaining published stories.

Originality: Our publishing standard is to create substantially original stories. We do not intentionally copy or republish protected third-party stories as our own. Research, common themes, genres, tropes, or public information may inform creative development, but published text should be independently written and transformed into an original work.

AI-assisted production: Software and AI tools may assist with brainstorming, drafting, editing, continuity checks, image creation, formatting, metadata, or production. Use of these tools does not change our expectation that published work be reviewed, structured, and managed before it appears on the site.

Fiction and dramatization: Unless clearly identified otherwise, stories on StoryVanta are fictional. Names, characters, companies, locations, dialogue, medical situations, legal conflicts, criminal events, wealth, relationships, and other plot elements may be invented or dramatized for narrative purposes.

We do not present fictional stories as verified news reporting or factual accounts of identifiable real people.

Editing standards: Before publication, we aim to check chapter order, readability, continuity, formatting, titles, navigation, metadata, and obvious internal inconsistencies. Stories may be revised after publication to correct errors, improve clarity, or repair technical formatting.

Images and visual media: Cover and chapter images may be original, licensed, generated with creative software or AI tools, or otherwise used under an appropriate basis. Images are illustrative and should not be assumed to depict real events or actual people described in a story.

Corrections and rights concerns: If you identify a meaningful factual label error, duplicate material, rights concern, broken page, or other publishing issue, please contact us with the relevant URL and enough information for the issue to be reviewed.

Advertising independence: If advertising or sponsorship is added, commercial placement does not determine the outcome of a story or override our editorial presentation. Advertising should be visually distinguishable from story content.

Updates: This policy may be updated as our publishing workflow and tools evolve.
